Cornish Mutual partnered with Rock Solid Knowledge (RSK) to modernise their website, enhance sustainability, and strengthen long-term reliability. By upgrading from Umbraco 8 to Umbraco 13 LTS (long-term support), RSK delivered a platform that is fast, sustainable, and secure; perfectly aligned with Cornish Mutual’s ambitions and values.
From the outset, the project was recognised for excellent communication. Regular update emails, ad-hoc developer chats to swiftly unblock issues, and focused meetings ensured progress remained on track. A clear proposal walkthrough set expectations, while regular functionality showcases provided transparency and confidence at every stage.
RSK also worked closely and collaboratively with Cornish Mutual’s technical team, ensuring knowledge transfer, joint problem-solving, and smooth integration of new functionality into existing processes.
